What we collect
When you send the request form, we receive the details you type: your name, phone, email, property address, ZIP, and your description of the job, along with basic information about how you found the site (the page you landed on and any advertising identifiers in the link). When you call, the call may be recorded for quality and record keeping.
What we do with it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, and keep records of the work done. Inspection requests include your property address and the symptoms you describe, which we use to evaluate and perform the work you request.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with marketers. Service partners who help perform your work receive only the details they need for your job.
Your choices
Ask us any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling the number on this page. If you no longer want calls, texts, or emails from us, say so and they stop.
